I love this place and the team. They are very nice people. Very professional. l've been here once to receive my Skin Health Laser treatment and i’m very pleased with the results. Their office has all of the latest technology. It is very impressive to see your face on a big screen with mark points instead of having to draw on your face for reference. Best of all, Alyssa has such a light touch! I find the procedures to be relatively pain free! Alyssa and the team are up to date with all of the latest equipments and greatest products and have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and give me my desired look. I could say this is the best Medical Spa in Vancouver. Facility is clean, well-lit, and properly ventilated. I highly recommend this place!

I recently visited Pauline based on my mom’s recommendation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Pauline provided an in-depth consultation, carefully explaining the treatment option for my pigmentation and spider veins. She walked me through the entire procedure, from what to expect during the treatment to the post-care instructions. Although the Aerolase treatment was a bit spicy, Pauline's attention to my comfort was exceptional. I was particularly impressed with how effectively she treated my spider veins in just the first session. I highly recommend Pauline and this medspa for their expertise and outstanding service.
